Ingredients:
Young ribs, lemongrass, red onion, cinnamon powder, cinnamon sticks, honey, scallions, coriander, horn pepper, lemon juice, roasted sesame, spices.
Steps to cook Braised pork ribs with cinnamon :
First Cut the ribs into pieces about 3cm long.
Then marinate the ribs with seasoning, pepper, monosodium glutamate, cinnamon powder, soy sauce and cooking oil, mix well, let infuse for about 5 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add minced shallot, lemongrass, and Vietnam cinnamon and sauté until fragrant. Then stir in the ribs.
Boil 2 bowls of water, skim off the foam, add 2 tablespoons of honey. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes until ribs are tender and water thickens. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to balance the sweetness of the honey, stir well, turn off the heat.
Arrange honey braised ribs on a plate, garnish with lemongrass, minced chili and coriander, sprinkle with roasted sesame.
